Remember, when you go for renaming the Folders.nch file, your present non default folders are listed as Folder1, Folder2, Folder3 and so forth. The Folders.nch file comprises a listing of the names of folders. When you name it all over again, Microsoft Outlook Express will be unable to detect the listing, hence it must restructure the folder names employing default names. In the end, start Outlook Express application.
When you open Microsoft Outlook Express, the folders must be visible in the Folder list. You can subsequently assign new names to the folders or move Internet mail messages among different folders.
